Every year it's all ways a long wait even after you file early.Sometimes when there are issues it's never really resolved . Depending on your bank sometimes they want except a check from them.If you cash it some where else they will decline.They will not print you another check.The company that makes the check will not issue you out another one. Filed my taxes late and caused a penalty which was garnished by a rebate I was suppose to receive. I had known her for years and she wouldn’t do anything to correct it. Claimed she didn’t file my taxes late and it got lost in mail. The excuse didn’t make sense to myself or the IRS when I called. I do not recommend her at all.
The environment at EPS is amazing! All of the staff are knowledgeable and very Friendly! The owner will go above and beyond to help you in any way she can! Best experience I have had getting my taxes down by someone else by FAR!
