They are bad. They think that 3500 charges for the same amount -$19.00 to the same customer over a period of 5 minutes is normal????? They do not use the latest encryption as relayed to me by Marcos the manager, will not call you RUN AWAY FROM THEM and I was with them for 6 years. They have no way to stop fraudulent attacks as it is not in their best interests to do so because they will be deduct a fee for each charge attempted weather approved or declined. I am the owner of Centurion Carpet Cleaning in Port Orchard Washington. I won't even give them 1 star. March 2020: For 4 months eprocessing didn't close my batch and I had over $15,000 that didn't get charged to my customers until I caught the mistake. October 2020: I had a customer card be rejected 2 times and eprocessing charged his card even though it was rejected. I have requested our gateway fees and receive nonresponsive boilerplate hours of operation. This has happened 7 times.
Great company-have used them for about 12 years for many customers. Negative posters are most likely competitors or folks to clueless to be in business.
Horrible Company don’t even waste your time would never recommend this company to anyone. They cancelled transactions without letting my company know. This company is bad for business, and will keep you waiting on payments or just not pay at all.
Worst customer service ever! We called them many times, and there is this lady who pick up the phone most of the time and she always has the worst attitude. There is also a guy and he is super nice and helpful, but unfortunately the company is a mess, so it doesn't help much.
By far one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The company blatantly lied to me on the phone claiming my account would be refunded and would not be activated till the card processor was used. They continued to charge me for monthly fees for over 5 months after the claimed I would be refunded. Called customer service, after they ignored numerous emails asking to cancel the account after they did not hold their initial guaranty.
