Growth is painful. The only serious drawback was confusing signage.
Would give a 0 if I could. Booked an early morning flight. All the doors are open but literally no one working inside. Waited for 40min for Southwest people to even show up. Couldn't tag checked bags or anything. Employees are getting an attitude with people telling them to back up they need space to set up. Lady we have been here waiting on you praying we don't miss our flights. Finally get upstairs to find out TSA is closed.
