Have been coming here to see Dr Santoso each year since 2020! Really appreciate the informative professional service & attention to detail each visit! He's very thorough & pleasantly explains everything well! Thankyou so much!
My husband has been seeing Dr Santoso upon recommendation, for many visits. He is very professional, informative, thorough, checks everything, explains what is being done, which is what you want in a doctor.Other people we know, have been happy with him.He bulk bills, then if an excision is needed, you just pay for the pathology.Anybody that complains of him, must've got out of bed the wrong side!!
I had a really different experience to the previous reviewer. Reception is friendly, understandable and the booking process works well, it was an easy customer registration form, just a short wait, and Dr Santoso was professional, efficient, comprehensive, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly: checked all over, knew what each spot was, flagged one I didn't know about, helped with other dermatology and specialist referral. I've deliberated whether to leave a comment or not for a long while, but to help general people, I decided to. I'd never go to this doctor. I made an appointment at 11:15am, but was running late and called the clinic to inform I'd be 10-15 minutes late. I arrived at 11:30am, reported to the reception, then waited for him to call me in. Having waited for 30 minutes, I mentioned to the reception that the wait seems too long. The receptionist then informed that the doctor was out for a coffee!
