Since my successive pickleball knee injuries I have had 3 appointments with Kushma Bhattarai and my right knee is steadily improving. The pain on the RHS of my right knee has reduced & the shooting pains in my calves & hamstrings have stopped & I can now walk down a stationary escalator or steepish driveway without significant pain. 😊 Life is starting to return to normal & I am anticipating that in another 2 weeks I will be 95% recovered.
