Ignorant van driver and ignorant employee on phone. Driver honking horn and using reverse with loud beeper in a residential neighborhood as early as 6:20am. Noise ordinance is 7am. Called to ask if driver would please not beep horn and would approach the residence on the correct side of the street to avoid needing to turn around. Response was uncooperative. IN RESPONSE.....
