Awesome quality solid wood furniture, extremely friendly staff, and fantastic customer service. I have now bought multiple pieces from this company and have never been disappointed! Will definitely buy more from here in the future
We bought a set of dressers here a few weeks ago. It was a great experience! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They helped us load everything into the car. And let us take up more of their time as we browsed around. Keep in mind, this is not a store front, so the employees were taking time out of their busy schedule to let us do this. Unbelievable customer service! We bought a futon here around 12 years ago. It's still going strong but after a move we damaged some of the hardware. I contacted Epoch and, despite these futon models being out of production, they sent replacement hardware pieces for free! I can't remember a time a company has stood by their products so long after purchase. They really went above and beyond. I highly recommend shopping here if you want to buy furniture that will be with you for a long time.
Our experience with Epoch Design was great from start to finish. A customer service rep was very helpful when we called for information about a platform bed and nightstands we were considering. After placing our order Ceva Logistics delivered the items right on time in pristine condition. We'll certainly purchase from Epoch Design in the future. Thanks for a job well done.
We purchased an Epoch Designs bunk bed second hand. No instructions were included. Because I was able to find a label on the bed frame, I reached out to them and OMG - they were so helpful - sent me instructions and gave me some help with missing parts. I am still in shock at the level of customer service from Epoch Design when I didn't even purchase the bed through them! (However, when I'm ready to purchase some new furniture in the future, I will FOR SURE be looking at their product line.) Thank you for all your help!
