Called only twice within a one month time frame to check to see how close I was for having my lawnmower picked up. The woman who answers the phone for the company said and I quote, "If it wasn't for people like you calling then maybe we can get something finished." When I called again after one month of waiting to ask again and to remind her of initially stating it would be at least 3 weeks, the same woman hung up on me and would not pick up the phone.
