I'm writing this review because like some others here I ordered an item from Episcopal Shoppe (on 5/19) and have yet to hear back from them though I've left multiple voice mails and tried to contact them by email. Their website still says my order is "Awaiting Fulfillment." I've seen some others get a response in this forum, so here's hoping. I'd be happy with an order fulfillment or refund at this point. I had no problem receiving my order. Delivery was much quicker than expected. Didn't really need customer service.

I ordered the book of common prayer as a gift in April 2023. I cannot get a response on the status at all. My credit card was billed for this purchase.
Like many others here, I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed an order. I ordered an imprinted BCP on May 10th, and my credit card was charged $135. It’s now June 6th, and I’ve heard nothing. I’ve sent emails and left voicemails with no reply. Episcopal Shoppe: it seems like you aren’t able to run your business right now so perhaps you should stop taking orders until you are able to properly run your business.
