Showed up for my appointment only to be told they didn’t have me on the schedule. Didn’t try to accommodate me while I was there. Actually called back after I checked my phone to confirm when I had called and made the appointment and asked if they could fit me in the next couple of days due to their error. After holding for another five minutes was told that they could get me into Des Peres (instead of St Peters) in a couple of days.
