I had a great experience at my dermatology visit! I arrived early and was pleasantly surprised to be called back right away. Both the assistant and the provider were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They really took their time to listen and gather information, which made me feel heard and cared for. Beware!! Didn’t disclose costs and then sent large bill. I asked multiple times about potential out of pocket expenses and was assured every time that it was covered. Day of procedure I specifically asked what the cost was going to be and they said my co-pay was going to be the only expense. I have had similar procedures done before and have never had this a bill like this. I submitted a question about it through their app and the response said that staff does use the wrong verbiage when relaying the information to patients.... read more
