Very professional
This business accepts appointments on their website and then cancels them via text message. It has happened multiple times. After speaking with them, they said that the website is an appointment request and not an appointment. No where on the website does it say the word “request”. How about you honor your appointments or call your patients/reschedule the appointment like every professional medical office on the planet.

If you are someone of color Do Not use Epiphany ! You will only be seen 5-10 minutes & charged an Enormous amount of money ! From front to back staff simply put Rude & Very Dismissive !!!! Especially depending on The Insurance you have ! These people are not there to help anyone with Dermatological Issues. It’s about money ! If you have money you will be treated as Royalty ! If you have a balance on a bill you will be harassed with emails, text messages, & nasty phone calls even if you are paying it & then they have a nerve ... read more
