The team at Epione under the supervision of Lilibeth Jacobs has treated my friend just like a member of their family. They have cooked him nourishing meals, been attentive to his medical needs, provided physical therapy to maintain his strength, and supervised his movements to prevent accidental falls. Epione staff have been wonderful with my beloved dad, and kind with our family visits and calls for four years. Lilibeth runs a tight ship, and really knew my dad well. She is an experienced nurse who advocated for our dad's well-being when he had to be away at a covid rehab place, and has gone the extra mile for him (and us) in many other ways. I cannot say enough positive things about Lilibeth and her team. We feel so lucky And grateful to have found Epione for our dad. The home is clean and wholesome. The attention to the residents is excellent. At a time when we could no longer care for our dad. Perhaps at our most vulnerable time as a family we moved dad to Epione. I couldn't be happier with the care my loved one is receiving at Epione. He has been there for almost a year now. The care he is getting is exceptional, the staff is wonderful and the home itself is very inviting. The meals are home cooked with each resident's special needs taken into account. And most importantly, the medical care is top-notch.
