Since the pandemic these people have been very irresponsible. They refused to send my medication and return my call after taking all of my information to collect Global FUNDING for people suffering from Epilespy. This whole organization is a SCAM. The doctors do not care what issues you have. Since DR HEARTSHEARN LEFT this whole company has been NO HELP. I will be reporting it!!!
Fix your garbage training videos that freeze every two seconds on every device. Worst training modules on the planet
This is one of the worst places I've ever been to treat my condition. The doc that was assigned to me rushed through every so called "appointment", hardly ever remembered who I even was let alone what meds he prescribed me. He had the audacity to say "well you get what you pay for" & also "you should just become a guinea pig & let them try new meds on you. At least you'd get paid for it". Absolutely sick & appalling!
