Epicor is the worst! We went live March 18th and Im watching out company crumble to pieces. No one knows how to use it and our consultant is a joke. He ridiculed me for not knowing what to do and was hard to understand. Weve been trying to go live for 4 years and we I still cant look up inventory. We tried switching back to Encore but unfortunately were unable.
