Thomas is very helpful he and I thank his name was Caleb assisted me in putting air in my tires at no charge. I was also shown all the different bike racks and the pros and cons of each of them leaving me with a lot to think about because my car is somewhat big and with the bike rack might not fit in my garage. I left and Thomas helped me load bike into SUV, so nice. Whenever I have any cycling needs, this will be ny go to spot!
The staff was so friendly and helped me choose the right bikes for my family, they had many different choices which I really appreciated and they did not rush me
