Friendly, effective at solving the problem, and fair price. Grateful that they accomodated me same day.
Store manager is very knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about bikes. You can tell they're craftsmen by all of the small tools they have in their shop - and sell!- from Park Tool (they're expensive but the best). Prices are very fair. Love having this place in the neighborhood.
These guys are amazing. Local resident of Pacifica here: they were more than willing to help even though the transaction price was extremely low. They went out of their way needlessly - and were friendly to boot. Com see these guys if you need anything bike related and in town. I’ll venture to say I’d feel guilty shopping on Amazon for anything bike related here on out.
Shopping at epicenter for a few years now. Staff is great. My last three bikes for the family were purchased at epicenter and I plan to pick up another this Christmas. A great bike makes for a better adventure.
Full service bike store and repair in my community. The staff are pleasant, attentive and accommodating. I had a recent repair on my trusty mountain bike and am very satisfied with the repair and how I was treated. If I were younger, I would definitely purchase one of their top notch beautifully zoomy mountain e-bikes.
