I was honestly skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but Epicenter Cycling is the closest bike shop to me, and since my e-bike is my primary mode of transportation, I decided to give them a try. My bike was self-assembled, so I fully expected to get at least a little bit of judgment, or maybe even be laughed at. BEWARE! Way over priced. Tells me he can fix my bike but when I pick it up and it’s not fixed, he makes an excuse and says “well we’re not dealers of this bike” should have told me you couldn’t fix it in the first place. If I was rating the staff it would not get any stars. Fire Collin! He is beyond rude. The owners should know about him. The staff says he’s just not a people person. This shop won’t be here for long.
