I own "Kiss My Ash Smoke Shop & Gifts". I've been doing business with Epic as long as they've been open. Everyone I deal with are always very professional & know their inverntory. The owner is cool as can be, and all orders are handled very quickly. On the rare occasion that an item is left out of an order, they handle it as soon as I let them know. I wish all my vendors ran their warehouses like this. Give 'em a try!
We didn't receive a large portion of our order. They kept saying fedex lost it, but they shipped 5 boxes and we received 5 boxes, so the problem was with the wholesaler not the shipping entity. We lost over $1000, and they refuse to do anything except they told us to make a claim with FedEx which would only result in $100. They then said we could get our items but we would have to oay for them again. Needed to give an update. They actually had the gall to ask for our business a few days ago.
