I had a very disappointing experience with Epic Tax and Consultants. Before filing, I was told I would receive a refund, but after receiving my Notice of Assessment, CRA instead demanded additional payment that I was never informed about. When I reached out for help, I was told to contact CRA directly and that they could not assist further. I expected proper guidance and support throughout the process, but unfortunately that was not provided. I would not recommend their services based on my experience.
Please be aware before using Epic Taxation & Bookkeeping Services Inc.. I had a very disappointing experience with Epic Taxation & Bookkeeping Services Inc.. Specially With "Aditya Pandya" I used their services to file my 2023 tax return and paid the required fees. After the return was filed, I received a Notice of Assessment requiring me to pay $2,710.
