I've had Rick and "Epic Systems" do all of my home AV needs in three separate residences over two decades of time and in two different states. He and his entire staff are knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, efficient, cost conscious and always responsive to my needs, concerns and questions. Without hesitation I would recommend "Epic Systems" for any of your AV concerns and no job seems to be too big of too small for them. The team came in and installed 3 TV, wired up all my speakers. troubleshooted my security system that a previous tech could not resolve and got me squared away. Installed a whole home Lutron lighting system, in addition to a whole home audio system. Had a TV arrive broken and they facilitated getting a new one out and installed at no cost. Top notch professionalism and competence.
Rick Larson of EPICAVAZ has installed three A/V systems for our family. He and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable. As a customer, you know from excellent communication and the physical quote, what work and equipment will be involved in completing your project. Epic systems has done several jobs for my home and we have loved the work he has done for us. Always on time and on budget. When we were building several 100 homes per year they did all of our low voltage work and our customers loved working with them. Wouldn't think of using anyone else.
Can’t say enough about Rick and his Team. Service level is 5 stars plus. Pricing is as reasonable as box stores that provide little or no support. Highly recommend for EPIC for your next project.
