Unfriendly, rude, overall not willing to help. Spoke with Tina the “team lead” on the phone. I now see why they only have a 2.9 stars rating. In all honesty I would recommend avoid doing business with this company.
My daughter got a loan against her 401 in January 2026. The money was to be posted into her account within like 48 hours. After The 3-5 day and still no money, we want to know where the money is? We are told the receiving institution is the problem. Well this has been going on 4 months. She still has not received the money, but is having to make payment on the money that was not received. Customer service = trash This business has failed me I lost my job and have been rolling over my retirement funds for over two months because their reps keep sending the wrong information on the checks. We have voided and resent these checks 3 TIMES. STILL THEY ARE GETTING IT WRONG And even after months of their failures, they refuse to expedite shipping because they do not care about the people they are impacting. We are human beings and they treat us like trash DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
