Customer service = trash This business has failed me I lost my job and have been rolling over my retirement funds for over two months because their reps keep sending the wrong information on the checks. We have voided and resent these checks 3 TIMES. STILL THEY ARE GETTING IT WRONG And even after months of their failures, they refuse to expedite shipping because they do not care about the people they are impacting. We are human beings and they treat us like trash DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
