Epic E-Bikes was great. Marcus was helpful in finding us a bike for our budget that our son loved. He let us test ride them & spent time walking us through the pros & cons of different bikes. Once we picked a bike he said it would take 5-10 days to be delivered & assembled, but in reality it was ready in 4 days. Under promise and over deliver. I like it.
