I’ve seen Jacob for 3 massages now and he’s fantastic. My massage therapist of 10 years moved so naturally I was nervous about having a new one. But Jacob is very knowledgeable and has helped a ton especially with my neck and shoulder pain. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. Also have to give a shout out to Abby at the front desk, she’s always so kind and friendly!
I have been going to Epic Physical Therapy in puyallup over a year now, Brittany is amazing! Excellent, and very knowledgeable! Abby runs the front desk and always works with me to fit me in and helps me through the process. Jake is always keeping the place clean and helping out! Truly best P.T iv ever been to! Epic physical therapy, is the best place I'm been, excellent communication from the front desk abi, my team that I had to work with me through my knee rehab, shootout too Alex blaze excellent healer. This place makes you feel like your family. 5 star

I started going to Epic after my accident, front desk Abi was really helpful in accommodating to my needs, started receiving treatment by Alex Blaze and felt the difference immediately, I felt improvement in my range of motion and less tension in my muscles. Strongly recommend to see him, he does really good stretching too, my PT Richard is really good at getting me back to normal.
