I greatly appreciate Epic Physical Therapy's front desk for responding quickly and attentively to my emails. Through the emails, I was able to check and verify my mother's insurance plan coverage, get a Korean interpreter, and once again appreciate how they met my specific request by providing a list of available dates for my mother's first appointment (03/08/2024 at 2:45 pm). Such a welcoming place this is my second round of PT started here in 2022 and I'm so grateful for all the staff.
This place is a 10 out of 10. Epic physical therapy in Lakewood is a family friendly place great energy and personalities along with comforting and well experienced workers im extremely grateful they were able to work with me and get me back to where I was before my injury. Thank you everyone at Epic :)
Very good, very personable staff. The team is great. From receptionist to trainer to masseuse.
Sanitation is a no concern and the PT’s are mediocre. The lady who does the massage is great though.
