Have had two amazing experiences with senior portraits now with Epic Photography. From the arrival time and assistance getting ready, to the photographers that took my daughters pictures was a smooth and fun experience. They brought out her smile which is hard to do usually. The best part of the whole experience was being assisted by Jamie Galyon, she made the process of picking out the pictures fun and enjoy and had us all laughing. Good photography, I guess, but it took over seven (7) months to finally get a link to purchase my daughter's senior yearbook portrait. I emailed multiple times, called, and even my daughter corresponded from her email. Because we were a new family to the region, we only had the option of one (1) photo for her senior portrait taken in the fall. It's OK, but the customer service was not good at all for us. Best decision I made for my wedding! I don't keep remembering the small things that went wrong, but I do remember how beautiful everything was because of the photo's. I am so happy with how they turned out, and I want to hang them all over my house!
