They were affordable compared to other photographers I looked at. Other than that I would just say they were ok. They are a large company that is based all over the US. I didn’t talk to my actual photographer until a couple days before the wedding. At that point in time I had too much going on to actually discuss how I wanted the photos. They didn’t give us all the photos and I had to ask for some, but someone else at the company does the editing so they didn’t quite understand. We had the most amazing experience with Epic. They did our photos and we also had a videographer. In particular, Christian at Epic Photography made our day AMAZING. He was absolutely perfect. We told him that we don't really like taking photos and that we didn't want to spend a ton of time doing photos and he DELIVERED. Not only did he take our photos SO FAST but they turned out AMAZING. Absolutely love this company. We chose them for our wedding and engagement shoot. Rosey was an absolute champ and braved the cold weather with us for the perfect winter shoot. Christian, Christy, and Justin nailed our wedding. We are absolutely obsessed with the product we got back. The entire process with Epic was easy and straightforward.
