Joe and his team amazed us every step of the way. They were so efficient and easy and fast with our HELOC. We started with CHASE BANK who prequalified us and promised the world. Almost 2 months later and literally 20 hours of work finding documents and answering 10 plus follow up requests and sitting at conditional approval land, we called Joe and within 2 weeks and 20 MINUTES of work we were closed.
