That was not the case. Epic charged us full pay in advance to build the website with estimated completion time of 2 - 4 weeks and never happened. ( all documented ) Got paid two months for the SEO job and did not perform within the agreed terms. That was why we had to cancel the agreement. Pay Pal refund policy cover 10 days only that is why they did not refund us beside the fact that Epic is in LA county same like us and should have showed more ethical manner and professionalism in managing the claim.
I came to Epic Interactive Media for SEO help and they were great. They have a very friendly and dedicated staff. DaMarco got my business to the front page on google and was great with describing how he went about doing that. Overall, I would highly recommend them.
