i was hoping to write a better review but I was told i would get an email about an euc that had a first generation motor that was prone to failure. they were suppose to see if they could replace and let me know but never heard anything so bought a different wheel elsewhere. they did have very friendly staff here but extremely limited euc knowledge.
Do yourself a favour DO NOT GO to Epic Cycle especially for repairs basically they do nothing and charge $$$ for nothing , I knew something was wrong the minute I left , fast forward I took it to TESLICA E-BIKES 244 Britannia Rd Ottawa I have to say the professionalism is first class , booked a service appointment they saw me the next day, was out within 10 minutes problems solved The bike technicians are incredible. The front door was busted to no fault of their own, but they got my mountain bike repaired and even modified with a super cozy seat. Though they mostly do ebikes and escooters, they can do maintenance or might just have what you're looking for! Top marks for speed and affordability too.
