Carlos served me...his knowledge was 100% ... he did not push me to purchase the ebike battery replacement I was seeking...questioned me on my use...charging history then came up with two suggestions same top brand I was seeking. he then explained the pros and cons of the price. it was obvious he knew what he was talking about and I went with the stronger more expensive one. these guys "repaired" my scooter but 2 days later its got a horrible wobble and refused to fix it. kept my 160$
Unreliable service. Good selection of bikes but dont bring anything u own there.
Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the subject matter. They helped me sort out wiring harnesses and a short in system.
Great, fast service. Very friendly staff too.
