Great business!!! Don’t listen to what anyone has to say & just find out yourself. I been calling them the last few days to look into getting a e dirt bike. Going tomorrow to make the purchase! Ps, If the owner or anyone sees this, do NOT sell the black Yozma until I arrive please hahaha!
I’ve been calling on and off for a few weeks now to check on a purchase I spent well over 2 grand on now. No answer not a single time. I honestly can’t picture them being “so busy” that they don’t even have someone to man the phones. Not so great anymore
Really rude customer service on the phone so I decided to take my business elsewhere.
No one in ottawa was able to take my standing electric scooter to fix the handles and epic cycles are the only ppl that was able to simply re tap the handles. Big thanks to carlos and his team for taking it and perform the job and its very appreciated of you.
