I think the employees name starts with the letter P, he said “why clean the place because it going to get dirty anyway, with all the dirty e bikes that come in everyday”. The shop is never cleaned and has a disgusting lingering smell. He is also extremely rude and the customer service is terrible. Don’t recommend this place
I can't lie epic Is arguably the best E bike seller just one of your guys employees He's so disrespectful and not professional at all I called him about my maintenance and they said that I would be ready that day by 2 o'clock I called them saying hey and any problem if I come in a little bit later they're like it's not even done and I'm like OK that's fine call them once more at around four I'm like hey is it finished can I come pick it up he says no stop calling This takes time I'm like ok yeah I get that it takes time call... read more
