I brought my scooter in to have brakes looked at and to swap tires. they told me the tires were too wide and had to put the original ones back on. I received my scooter back with the rear rim damaged. they told me that I caused the damage and offered me a credit that wouldn't even cover half the rim.

EPIC CYCLES SOLD ME AN OUTDATED MODEL WITHOUT DISCLOSURE I purchased a Nami Burn-e 2 Max (Pro) - 40Ah from Epic Cycles on June 26, 2024, expecting the latest model. Instead, they sent me a January 2023 version without telling me. They never disclosed the production year, and I only realized after receiving it. Misleading sales practices. The 2024 model comes with a new improved wiring harness, front turn signals, a daytime running light, and reflectors; none of which were on mine. I have an IGO 3.1 fat bike this past fall It stopped working It ended up being the battery. Although it took a while to get the parts etc. they rebuilt it at a reasonable price.
