Came into Epic Cycles with a list of bikes I was interested in. Malis took the time to go through the pros and cons of each. Even brands Epic Cycles don’t carry! Ended up going to another shop to check out the other brands. Promptly returned to Epic Cycles and bought a sweet Pinarello. The bike wasn’t in stock so had to come from the warehouse. The epic bike shop at Buffalo Speedway is an easy location to get to with lots of parking. Extremely helpful staff with fast service. I’ll definitely be going back.
Ask for Joshua! Joshua’s knowledge and experience helped me a ton! I was completely lost looking for my first road bike. His expertise made everything very easy. Malis put my new bike together in no time. Both gave me pointers on how to care and maintain my bike for the future. So glad I came in. I almost bought a bike sight unseen online, that would have been a terrible mistake. Leave it to the pros and come check these guys out.
