Most Disappointing Experience at Epic Cycles (56th Ave.) I normally don’t leave reviews, but this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a bike shop. After spending over $10,000 on a Specialized SL8 Tarmac, the bike was assembled incorrectly by Cody, the manager. He failed to properly tighten the bolts on my handlebar mount, which caused it to fall mid-ride and broke my brand new Garmin 1050.
