These guys are awesome! I'm travelling through and they dropped everything to change my chain, rear cassette, and brake pads so I could make my ride in Pisgah. Brian even charted a ride for me! They even hold a Thursday night no-drop ride out of the shop!

I've brought my bike in to the Asheville location (near Bent Creek) several times in the past few months, and the folks who work there are super nice, very helpful, do great work, and prices were very reasonable. And, because this location is fairly new, they were able to get my repairs done, and get me back on my bike in no time. Thanks guys!
This place is AMAZING! I’ve been a cyclist since 1976, and worked in a bike shop myself. Epic really reminds me of what a bike shop SHOULD BE! They are super friendly, helpful knowledgeable, and truly treat you with respect. I’m a big fan of this little shop with big heart!
Nice bike shop in Asheville Bent Creek area. I brought my mountain bike in for a fix and rail trail bike for parts and repair. Great service. Suggested a new route for me in Bent Creek which was great. The best shop I have been to in the area. Recommend.
