Been going there for a while now and the buffet is great every time. The food is always fresh and well flavored. Customer service was also great and friendly. Love it!

It was EPIC...all the food was delicious..wide variety of everything...salad, pizza, Italian, Chinese, American and lots of fabulous sweets to end your feast.

It is way overpriced. We went on Mother's Day and it was $65 for two of us. Not enough variation on the buffet.The food wasn't that good. We went there Christmas 2015 and thought it was great and it was around $50. We won't be going back. There was hardly anyone there. I asked one of the workers if they had been busy this day and they said no. Obviously others thought it was too expensive as well.

I only have ever been on crab leg nights. I went tonight for crab legs and they were dry as hell! Apparently people were complaining that in the past their legs were too wet because they boiled them, so now they steam them instead and they are just too DRY! I understand that SOME people don't like the wet legs, but come on people! When you boil the legs the most flavor is on the shell! Whenever I'm in the KCK/ KCMO area (I'm from Long Beach, CA) I always visit the Hollywood casino. There are others but this one has a nice buffet and very loose slots (I never leave empty-handed. I won't tell you which slots I play because I don't want everyone rushing to play them...I come to this area at least 4 times a year...

Some of the prime rib was good but most was like eating shoe leather I did not enjoy the meal. I am not sure if it's worth going back
