Good solid bank
The Strasburg office of Ephrata National Bank has always been extremely helpful with all of our banking needs. They have super friendly staff and take the time to help with any questions that I have had.
Bad communication. Lots of frustration. I hope this isn’t the story for everyone but this was my experience.
We have heard good things about them before we started banking here, but their lending department is not the best. They wanted to charge us $100.00 per year to renew a line of credit. I have personal line of credits with other banks and have never been charged with renewal fees.
