We had an account here for a short amount of time, we decided to go to a real bank instead. The mouthy teller had a problem exchanging money for different denominations. I was under the impression that banks did bank things but Latisha (I'm assuming that was her name) had a real issue with it. Go to truist you'll be much happier.
My 16 year old entered the work force and needed to open a checking account. Samantha was fantastic. She taught my daughter about the basics of banking and made the process easy!
