Very very very slow drive through at the Denver location. Not understanding where the customer service is
My husband and I have been loyal customers over twenty five years. This is a bank, to start banking (HS) experience with and grow with. Although different offices have more experienced workers, I have found that the majority of the tellers and people who help you open accounts are very knowledgeable and very trustworthy. Ephrata National Bank is the bank, "You want to come home to."
I have been with ENB for over 30 years. Haven't thought about going anywhere else.
I have a number of family members that like ENB. I applied for a HELOC. My application to Discover was approved within 12 hours. ENB kept coming back for more information, drug the process out for 30 days and told me I need to reapply. Nah, I'll go somewhere that actually wants my business.
