I have no idea how this bank is still around. Compared to modern online banks like Chase, they are completely outdated and behind the times. Even their app is years behind what it should be. Every time I’ve had to go into this location, there is a weird vibe. I think her name is Sonia—she must be a manager or something—but she has a weird attitude and it doesn't seem like the other employees can stand her. I would never sign up for anything with this bank again. It’s way too outdated and always a strange environment.
