Sluggish. Always have to wait. Service got worse. Not recommend
I enjoy banking with Ephrata national! Do most of my banking online and seldom go in for things unless I need to. Went in today and they were not able to perform the service I wanted to do due to being short staffed! The service was getting a custodian removed from my checking account. Other branches had told me it's a simple process if I bring the custodian along and it doesn't take very much time but they were not able to do it due to being short staffed!
