Was blantatly lied to by a customer representative (I guess they were unfamiliar with how their services worked for activation/startup of water services. First time I've ever done a review based on phone call customer service - but this 1 star review was very deserved.
Epcor is horrible! Glad we aren’t given a choice because no one would use them if we could choose.
