I'm looking into disconnecting from this company's sewer system. When your sewage system costs exceed all other bills, many of them combined, there is something amiss, perhaps poor management? A septic system will pay for itself in 2 years at these rates. The Attorney General needs to look into this company.

Do you think Epcor may want to give our families drinking and bathing water out of our faucets? Soft water filtering system does not allow this. Skin and hair is damaged from this water. I can not imagine what it has been doing to the communities health. We have high technology in many areas. Could you please make this a priority . I believe you can change everything. You can do it! Help us all.

If you could give a minus 10, that's what I would rate it. Been trying for months just to get some sort of communication going between us. I get NO bills, except the very first one, when they took over. It was a ridiculous amount...4 times what I normally pay. They keep saying they're "looking into it" , because others have had the same complaint.
