Worst utility company I’ve ever dealt with—by far. The water quality is absolutely unacceptable. I have to flush my hot water tank every couple of months because of the massive amount of sediment, and like clockwork, the water turns brown every 2–3 months and stays that way for weeks. This is basic infrastructure, and they can’t even provide clean, consistent water. Then it gets worse. They don't take discover. Raised their rates.. No real changes from johnson utilities. Bad water. I don't know what we pay this company for.
At my last three houses, the highest water bill I could ever remember was $30. My average water bill at Epcor is $110 month but ranges to $150+ in peek seasons. Not to mention their wonderful service charges as well as set up and disconnect fees They have a monopoly over my neighborhood. I have no other choice for water management.
