We are going on 1.5 months on waiting for a deep water line break underground to get repaired. This is the second break after they took 3 weeks to repair the first main line completely flooded thousands of gallons into nearby construction trenching.... And not that I'm thinking about it.... Why has EPCOR completely STOPPED providing water quality reports?! The last one they provided for San Tan Valley was in 2024.... Hmmmmm...... I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. I had a payment agreement with them, made 2 different payments in 1 month and they still came to shut my water off. I called them to see if they could turn it back despite being a single income family with 2 children and my husband is on in home dialysis with nurse visits in the house and they wouldn’t do anything about it. The world worse company from Bad water to customer service and the technicians as well they are God's gift to this world Can be on time ,i take time out my day and for a no call no show,Iam a paying customer i just wish we had some God fearing people that actually like what they do and are here for the customer, but that is only wishful thinking, every one does what is right in their own eyes, your not here to serve God's people, your here for your self ,what else can i expect from this curse world and company,
Worst utility company I’ve ever dealt with—by far. The water quality is absolutely unacceptable. I have to flush my hot water tank every couple of months because of the massive amount of sediment, and like clockwork, the water turns brown every 2–3 months and stays that way for weeks. This is basic infrastructure, and they can’t even provide clean, consistent water. Then it gets worse. They don't take discover. Raised their rates.. No real changes from johnson utilities. Bad water. I don't know what we pay this company for.
