Worst utility provider with the worst costumer service. I was bump of my water utility billing for 6 months without any notice because someone used my address and register on it, so all the bills were not coming to me. After calling Epcor about this, they told me that it was my fault that i didnt check my bills when paying them. Also, they charge me for registering back my utility back to the correct address that in the first place its not my fault.
I've had good experiences with epcor services even when I had complications with my bill guess I must have gotten the best customer service rep in the industry
The no 1 world scams company . Never purchase services. 1 bill in 3 different cycle. After I quit the services 3 bills come after month and month
I wasn’t charged the correct amount for water for 3 months which I never realized I wasn’t being charged the correct amount since my utilities prices were all around the same for the past 6 months so they decided for my Christmas bill they would back charge me a additional $400. Thanks for the Christmas present Epcor.
