It has been over two years since I received my tax refund, and there is still no resolution. When I visit the office, no progress is made. The phone number they provided is out of service, and the customer service is unacceptable. Additionally, they are unable to provide my tax return information, despite the legal requirement under IRS guidelines, which state that tax preparers must retain copies of clients' tax returns and related records for at least three years.
