Great quality and wonderful customer service! Robin helped my 74-year-old father with his mobility bike and was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He was extremely thorough, patient, and made the whole process so easy. We couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend!

Worst customer service, returned my FatBoy with a broken frame and called them more than 100+ times over 3months to get it fixed. They don’t pick up their phones. It was only resolved once I called FatBoy direct, and they agreed these people are scammers and horrible to deal with. AVOID this company at all costs
