Great service...
I purchased a Rever Safari e-bike from this store in February 2026. Within 60 days, it has suffered two significant electrical failures. Under Australian Consumer Law, I have requested a refund for a 'Major Failure.' Unfortunately, the store has refused the refund and is attempting an unauthorized repair against my express instructions. I have now been forced to lodge a formal claim with NCAT to recover my funds. I would advise caution to anyone looking for reliable after-sales support for high-value e-bikes here.
