Brilliant business very friendly staff.Quality products for the Australian consumer.
Don’t recommend as the scooter I brought has poor battery capacity and not getting the kms that they said I would. Also very expensive service as tried charging $100 to repair a puncture
Not happy with the service.
I made 2 orders on the 9th of Jan, the first was a scooter and the 2nd was a helmet and goggles. 1st order I had great communication for awhile but then there was no communication for a week, I did eventually get a response and I did get my scooter in awesome shape. EDIT* I was charged an additional $150 for delivery I had already paid $50. 2nd order.....today is the 7/2/26 let me remind you I made both orders on the 9th of Jan and it has not been dispatched and I have made many many emails regarding update...it hasn't been ... read more
