I recently purchased my Mamba double strike v2 from E-Ozzie and I am very happy with, the e bike, the price, the time it took to be delivered (5 days) and the service after ringing a couple of times for some advice during the bike build. Couldn’t be happier so far with both my Mamba and the company E-OzzieI bought it from! 5 stars all the way!
not inpressed now. Have had my scooter now over a week. I put up a negative revies earlier i the week as i hadnt heard anything from them. And when they did finally reach out i was asked, well it actually sounded like a ultimatum to me to take the negative review down. I did that straighr away. I still have scooter and no communication. Very annoyed. I left them a txt yesterday afternoon saying i would not do this till 5 but im actully that pissed off im just doin it now
Shocking service. Insufficient customer service. Don’t honour warranty. Faulty parts, persistently failing. Waste of money. Go elsewhere.

Lagads 26" 500w; Arrived and had first ride. Has pretty strong acceleration and I've only used 1&2 levels. Will see how it goes tonight. I charge it outside for safety. Obviously at that price it's on the lower range of quality so will see how long it lasts. Delivery was slow. 12.05.26 update. Fun bike to ride so far so good, had it out the bush and give it a bit of a caning. Replaced the seat to a softer one.
