All fur coat and no knickers would be the phase. Dreadful working conditions, residents do not get the care or attention needed at basic level. Poor.
My sister June moved into your facility a month ago . I visited many many times during the last 2 weeks and am extremely impressed by the quality of care and attention . Keep up the great work .
