The FAQ on the website "Do you have a Sydney showroom I can visit?" says "Yes, we do have a Sydney showroom that you are welcome to visit! Our address is ... We hope to see you soon!" Checking the website on the drive to Sydney I saw a review that says you need an appointment. So I rang and got a call centre who couldn't make the appointment but could send an email asking for one. Worst customer service. I asked for two wardrobes and the one was a wardrobe for dwarfs. When I asked for a bigger product they told that they cant help and when I asked for a refund they let me know that they will keep the 25% of the value of the product plus 50$ for the collection. Whatever wardrobe you get for almost 600$ it will be perfect and these guys not only they don’t provide good products and services, they, also, what to rip you off because you trusted them. Worst service ever! I called asking about the showroom and they sent me to eastern creek to go and have a look at the stock. When I got there the lady said sorry you have to make an appointment and they rejected me. Bad service so unprofessional.
It had what I needed. Good service and supply.
