EOCF is an incredible organization dedicated to supporting children and families in Southwest Washington. Their team is caring, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to provide quality early childhood education and family services. The programs they offer make a real difference in the lives of those they serve. Highly recommend EOCF for anyone looking for resources, support, and a positive impact in the community!
I wish I could give these people a zero my daughter did this program last year. Everything went smoothly. Everything was perfect for three months now I have been trying to get my son enrolled. I’ve emailed I’ve called them multiple times. No one is picking up not even once I’ve left voicemails. No one has called me back three months. Then I finally went in. Great coworkers, great front for growth, but that's about it. Higher up is disconnected and returning to old ways of nepotism, gas lighting and demeaning/ punitive interventions. Look for actions (despite what they say). Beware of being different in any way...they will not harm, but will equally not help in any way. Unless it's Grear, who might actually harm.... The select few that are indeed harmful...unfortunately have ultimate say in company direction and are untouchable. Definitely on your own outside of direct team memb... read more
