Terrible customer service! OKAI FlexMov EBF10- is a piece of junk! The throttle, control panel broke twice while under warranty. Loukas owner of OKAI outright lies that he will send the part. After sending 10 emails and numerous phone calls, the tactic is stall and delay. We had to send photos of the bike, videos of the bike, copy of the invoice from Amazon. OKAI never sends the part. I purchased an Enzo ebike in 2017 based on glowing recommendations from a Youtube influencer and the company’s claims that their screws and parts were made of titanium and would never rust. Unfortunately, this turned out to be completely false. Within a couple of months of purchase, all the screws began rusting, and I live nowhere near the ocean or lakes. Own bike one year control panel went out . Went to store they fixed in 5 min. No Charge great place to get electric bike. They take care of their customers.

I own two Enzo electric bikes, excellent bikes. I ride them on a daily basis so after 6 years they are in need of a tune up and new brakes. I call local bike shops and they are not familiar with the bike. I google Enzo bike repair and call to make an appointment. They tell me no need just come in. Next morning I arrive around 10:30 am.
